Group Classes

Small group class series are arranged seasonally and upon demand in Alaska and Arizona. We offer a variety of yoga and meditation classes in a range of studio spaces. Originally from Arizona, I started teaching yoga in 2010. I taught several regular classes at many studios, gyms, and international retreats. Styles I enjoy sharing include vinyasa, Bikram sequence, restorative, back-care, and Iyengar yoga wall method. In 2015, I created The Devotional School of Yoga, as a mission to host teacher trainings and yoga immersions in a variety of beautiful destinations like Panama, Arizona, and Alaska. This is how I eventually found myself living in Anchorage. I have now shared yoga in five countries and trained 50 new instructors in the art of teaching yoga. My greatest passion in life is building training immersions, adventure retreats, and seasonal donation classes.
