Kali Kennedy
Primary Educator

Originally from Arizona, I started teaching yoga in 2010. I taught several regular classes at many studios, gyms, and international retreats. Styles I enjoy sharing include vinyasa, Bikram sequence, restorative, back-care, and Iyengar yoga wall method. In 2015, I created The Devotional School of Yoga, as a mission to host teacher trainings and yoga immersions in a variety of beautiful destinations like Panama, Arizona, and Alaska. This is how I eventually found myself living in Anchorage. I have now shared yoga in five countries and trained 50 new instructors in the art of teaching yoga. My greatest passion in life is building training immersions, adventure retreats, and seasonal donation classes.

Testimony

I had such a life-changing experience in Panama training that I decided to join The Devotional School of Yoga for a second time on the Alaska immersion in 2019 as a retreat guest. In both of my experiences, I was able to step out of my comfort zone by traveling to the most beautiful destinations, meet unique people, and advance my practice both physically and spiritually. I have grown so much from the Panama and Alaska yoga immersions and look forward to participating in future opportunities!
