My YTT in Panama was an unforgettable and invaluable experience in which I gained more than just a 200-hour certification. I had such a life changing experience in Panama that I decided to join The Devotional School of Yoga for a second time on the 2019 immersion in Alaska as a retreat guest. In both of my experiences, I was able to step out of my comfort zone by traveling to the most beautiful destinations, meeting unique people, and advancing my practice both physically and spiritually. I have grown so much from my Panama and Alaska experiences and look forward to participating in future opportunities!
