In honor of Domestic Violence Awareness Month, 50% of proceeds will go to AWAIC (Abused Women’s Aid in Crisis, Inc). AWAIC works to be an inclusive and equitable provider of domestic violence services for Anchorage and the surrounding areas. “We are here to support and empower all survivors of domestic violence.”- AWAIC

  • Classes are composed of slow vinyasa movements, meditation, breathwork. All levels welcome.

  • This class is a donation yoga offering. 50% of proceeds will go to AWAIC in Anchorage. Cash, check, and venmo will be accepted at the time of the class.

  • Please arrive10 minutes early for set-up. The door will be locked promptly at the start of class. No late entrance.

  • Class is open to the public. Feel free to bring a friend!
