After completing the Sedona Spring Training 2018 and teaching a killer Ashtanga yoga class (in all Sanskrit), Lucy attended the Alaska Yoga Training 2019 as our first ever full-time assistant teacher, group facilitator, and primary support for trainees. Lucy's organization, clarity, and love are ever apparent in all that she does (including 8 years of honeybee research!). We look forward to having Lucy assist and instruct once again in the upcoming Panama Yoga Training 2020, as she comes highly requested!
