Summer Yoga Series 2022

 
 

This series consists of 4 basic yoga classes, 4 weeks in a row. You are welcome to attend any or all the classes in this series. Enjoy 60 minutes of yoga, meditation, mudras, and more. Classes are composed of mindful movements, breathwork, the use of props, and a long savasana. Open to all levels, beginner friendly. Each class is donation-based.
